COVID-19 T&CS

If COVID-19 travel restrictions impact your ability to visit us and you’re unable to travel on another date, we will offer you a credit for Winter 2023 or a refund.

If we need to shorten our season due to COVID-19 and you’re unable to visit on another date due to travel restrictions, we'll refund you on a pro-rata basis, based on the number of days you have used your pass.

Refund requests for 2022 ski bookings must be received no later than October 31st, 2022, by contacting info@cardrona-treblecone.com. Refund/credit requests are not to be assumed and any requests received after this date will be at the discretion of Cardrona Resorts and/or RealNZ.

Any partial refund or credit value, where applicable, will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Pro-rata value will be calculated at the equivalent cost of a regular season 2022 day/multi-day pass (or applicable product) for each day the product has already been used.

In light of government-mandated health measures, Cardrona resorts may require guests to comply with any number of measures including but not limited to the wearing of face masks/coverings, NZ COVID Tracer app sign-in, capacity management/restrictions and any other measures required to limit the spread of COVID-19 or any other communicable illness.
