APRÈS

Brand new for this summer is our place to connect in town. Catch up with friends, spin a yarn, eat delicious food, and unwind at Après Wānaka. This unique indoor/outdoor setting has the best of both worlds – space to breathe, and intimate dining and venue hire options. With daily specials, a fantastic range of local craft beer and wine, live music, and an awesome space to hang out or even hold your own event, Après is sure to be your new summer go-to. Pop in and see the team at 50 Cardrona Valley Road, Wānaka, or order online from their takeaway menu.

Your favourite Cardrona Bike Park events are back for another year, and we're also welcoming the Crankworx Summer Series to our maunga for the first time!

MOUNTAIN CARTING

Mountain Carting is back for Summer 21/22! This is a totally one-of-a-kind adventure in New Zealand and has to be on your summer bucket list this year. Check out all the information and book your session online here.

HIKING

Our hiking trails are back up and running! This summer we're also welcoming furry friends - you're more than welcome to bring your dog (on a lead, BYO poop bags) to use our alpine walking trails.

BIKE SCHOOL

New to downhill biking or have friends you want to get into the sport? Cardrona Bike School is back up and running this summer! They run lessons for all ability levels, from your first time riding downhill to getting both wheels off the ground. Check out all the info and book online here.

RENTAL BIKES

This summer we have limited availability of rental bikes, so pre-booking is essential - book online or call 03 443 8880. We're renting Trek Session 8 downhill bikes, Trek Remedy 8 all-mountain bikes, and the 24" Norco Fluid FS 2 for kids.

TRANSPORT

Transport this summer is available as shuttles from the Cardrona Valley, with chartered shuttles also available from Queenstown or Wānaka. Get in touch with our team to book!

FOOD & DRINK

On the mountain you'll be able to grab a bite or a brew from the Lounge again this summer. It'll be mostly an alpine barbecue offering, as well as quick on the go snacks to grab, cabinet food, and a range of local bevvies to quench your thirst after a few laps on the trails.

RETAIL

Once again, we'll have a well-stocked retail shop in its usual location by the Courtyard. Pop in and see the team to pick up some great bike gear, merch or gifts! You can also shop online here.

APARTMENTS & STARGAZING

This summer our apartments will only be available for event/group bookings. We won't be running stargazing this summer unfortunately!

We hope to see you up at Cardrona this summer - please get in touch if you have any questions and our team will help you out.
